We strongly believe that transparency in market conditions should never compromise individual personal privacy. Our data schema has been meticulously structured to prevent the collection of any directly identifying personal information linked to your submissions.

All contributed data points are processed through an obfuscation ledger using dynamic cryptographic token mapping. This ensures no submitted wage entry can be traced back to a specific individual by external visitors, colleagues, or corporate recruiters.

2. Data Collection and Processing

To secure the authenticity of our interactive registry, we process two distinct categories of information:

• Compensation Metrics: Includes job title, monthly salary, years of work experience, industry, country, city, and optional allowances. This data is generalized and aggregated in statistical indices, charts, and public tables.
• Personalized Salary Goals (Goal Tracker): When configuring a target monthly salary and comparing it against averages, this data is saved as private metadata within your account record. It is never displayed publicly or included in general crowd-sourced statistics.
• Verification Credentials: To prevent sybil attacks, bot spamming, and duplicated datasets, we require user authentication via email or Google Sign-In. Your credentials (user ID and email) are maintained in an isolated, secure database collection completely detached from your raw salary metrics in the public registry.

3. User Activity Tracking, Analytics & Microsoft Clarity

We partner with industry-standard analytics tools and diagnostic telemetry providers, including Microsoft Clarity and web analytics engines, to capture how visitors use and interact with Rawaatib. This telemetry enables us to improve product usability, refine feature accessibility, diagnose performance issues, and enhance platform security.

By using Rawaatib, you agree that we and our technology partners (such as Microsoft) may collect behavioral metrics, heatmaps, scroll depth, click tracking, and diagnostic session replays through first-party and third-party cookies and tracking scripts. These insights are utilized strictly to:

• Analyze navigation flow to streamline salary benchmarking and data comparison features.
• Detect and fix user interface bugs, latency bottlenecks, and broken workflows.
• Safeguard the system against malicious traffic, automated abuse, and fraud.

Data Masking & Privacy Safeguards: Strict data masking is enforced across all telemetry pipelines. Microsoft Clarity and our analytics platforms automatically redact and obscure sensitive input fields, passwords, and private identifiers before data leaves your browser.
